Hutan Kratom offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee from the time your shipment ARRIVES at your doorstep. We do not start the clock the moment your shipment leaves our warehouse – that doesn’t make any sense! We believe you should have 30 days to test your product from the time it physically arrives in your hands.

If you do not like the product, then you can send it back to us and we will refund you according to how much product is sent back. We will always work with you, as we are just a phone call or email away, but generally, if you return 90% or more of the product, we will refund/exchange 100% of the money. If you return 75% of the product, then we will simply refund/exchange 75% of the product.
